METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We are able to process VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit and debit cards on our secure shopping cart, on phone orders, on faxed orders and on an order mailed in. We also accept personal checks or money orders on orders mailed in. Allow 2 weeks for personal checks to clear the bank.
DELIVERY TIME:
Web orders process and ship within 48 hours Monday ý Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday. All orders are packaged in our creek side gallery in Ketchikan, Alaska and shipped from our local post office. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. For Canada, delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. Rates are for US addresses and "small package" Canada addresses (see Shipping To Canada). REMEMBER: Your order is shipped from a small Alaskan town on an island. SHIPPING TO CANADA:
Most orders can be shipped to Canada as a "small package". Large orders to
Canada do require additional postage and are reflected in the above shipping

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We can ship most items from our Ketchikan Gallery to locations abroad. Email us at store@trollart.com for an international shipping quote.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS:
You will be notified via email, telephone or mail if any items are on back order or discontinued. Most back ordered items can be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks.
LARGE ORDERS:
Occasionally large USPS Priority Mail or orders to Canada require additional charges. You will be notified prior to shipment via email, telephone or mail if the above shipping rates will not apply to your order.
